TERMS OF SERVICE (INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS)

Automatic Renewal & Recurring Memberships

When you subscribe to Sprouts Kids Magazine, please note that the subscription automatically renews at the end of the billing cycle. By opting for a subscription, you consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription to Sprouts Kids Magazine. In doing so, you authorize Sprouts Kids Magazine, LLC, Learning Engineered, LLC, or our parent company, Carpe Diem Unlimited Holdings, Inc., to renew your chosen subscription on a recurring basis, charging the credit or debit card on file.

Monthly Renewal Terms

The automatic renewals for monthly plans will be processed on the first day of each month. If you do not wish to continue with automatic renewal for your next subscription month, you may cancel your subscription by contacting us by email: info@sproutsmagazine.com before your next billing cycle. 

Annual Renewal Terms

Automatic renewals for annual plans will be processed 365 days from your first order. If you do not wish to proceed with automatic renewal for an upcoming subscription year, you must cancel your subscription before your automatic renewal date by contacting us by email: info@sproutsmagazine.com. You will be notified via email from Sprout's Kids Magazine confirming your cancellation.

Refunds 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your first magazine, we will provide a full refund for the entire amount of your monthly or annual subscription and cancel the subscription. However, for annual subscriptions, we cannot provide refunds after the shipment of the second magazine. For monthly subscriptions, if canceled after the first month, the subscription will be terminated, but no refund will be issued.

Notifications 

We will send an email acknowledgment of pending, requested recurring subscription payments for annual subscribers 14 days prior to the date the credit or debit card will be charged. Notifications and communications related to recurring charges will be sent to the email address provided by the subscriber. If the email provided is invalid, the subscriber is responsible for communicating a corrected email address to customer service. Should the price of a subscription rate increase, subscribers will be notified via email a minimum of 30 days in advance.

Changes to Subscription Rates & Terms 

Sprouts Kids Magazine, LLC, Learning Engineered, LLC, or our parent company, Carpe Diem Unlimited Holdings, Inc. retains the right to modify its subscription dues rates at any time. Upon automatic subscription renewal, subscribers will be charged at the current subscription dues rate. Before the automatic payment date, Sprout's Kids Magazine will inform subscribers of any modifications to subscription dues. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to maintain updated subscription records.

Payments & Failed Charges  

Sprouts Kids Magazine offers the convenience of credit and debit payment options. By using a credit card belonging to your institution, you acknowledge that you are an authorized user of the card. It is your responsibility to update or replace the credit card information in case you are no longer authorized to use the card. This can be done by contacting us by email: info@sproutsmagazine.com.

In the event of a declined payment or other issues with your recurring subscription, we will notify you, the subscriber, via email. If the credit card information is not updated within ten business (10) days of notification, automatic subscription renewal will be disabled.

 


TERMS OF SERVICE (ENTERPRISE SUBSCRIPTIONS)

Annual Renewal Terms

Automatic renewals for annual plans will be processed 365 days from your first order. If you do not wish to proceed with automatic renewal for an upcoming subscription year, you must cancel your subscription before your automatic renewal date by contacting us by email: info@sproutsmagazine.com. You will be notified via email from Sprout's Kids Magazine confirming your cancellation.

Refunds 

Because of the discounts and allocation of resources to secure the volume of magazines in our enterprise program, there are no refunds for enterprise solutions.

We will send an email acknowledgment of recurring subscription payments for annual enterprise subscribers 60 days before the date the subscription will end. Notifications and communications related to enterprise annual subscriptions will be sent to the email address provided by the subscriber. If the email provided is invalid, the subscriber is responsible for communicating a corrected email address to customer service. Should the price of a subscription rate increase, subscribers will be notified via email a minimum of 30 days in advance.

Shipping Charges for Enterprise Annual Subscriptions

Shipping charges are based on the number of magazines shipped per month (girth) and the location of the address of the shipment.  Shipping charges are calculated at the time of the initial enterprise order and are subject to change over the year as the shipping market demands.  If the original shipping quote per month increases by more than 10%, an additional shipping charge may be levied and billed to the customer.
