Raising Better Humans: A Parent's Guite

Raising a child is a unique and critical responsibility that requires our utmost attention. Unlike most other pursuits, there are no second chances when it comes to parenting. The first six years of a child's life are particularly significant, as they shape the stages of learning that will remain with them forever. Child psychologists, developmental psychologists, and family counselors agree that our childhood experiences have a lasting impact on our fears, anxieties, and insecurities, as well as our relationships.

Parenting can be incredibly challenging, but it is also one of life's most rewarding experiences. As caregivers, we want to raise better humans and provide a better world for future generations. It is intended to inspire and guide seasoned bald eagles, as well as eaglets of all ages, on their journey to becoming an elder seasoned bald eagle. Additionally, it provides insight to those who have had the privilege of being led by bald eagles, helping them to better understand eagle leadership.

Understanding our leaders on a deeper level fosters consequential and loyal followers. The chapters are divided into three sections: a memorable chapter title, bald eagle trivia, and, most importantly, the leadership parallels you can apply to your own style.
